About:
Sarvaank Associates is a boutique law firm founded by experienced professionals, who have extensive experience of working in a globally recognised angel network, venture capital fund and leading law firms.
The firm advises clients on corporate commercial transactions, investment structuring, taxation, pre and post investment compliances, intellectual property matters and regulatory support including regular financial and legal advisory on operational matters.

Qualification:
1. Law degree from a recognized law school
2.1–2 years of PQE in General Corporate and Commercial practice
3.Strong understanding of the Companies Act and general corporate-commercial laws
4.Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
5.Strong legal research and analytical skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
6. High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
1.Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements (service agreements, vendor contracts, consultancy agreements, NDAs, SaaS agreements, licensing agreements, etc.)
Assisting in corporate governance and Companies Act compliance matters
2.Conducting legal research on corporate and regulatory issues
3.Supporting in preparation of legal opinions, notes, and advisory memos
4.Assisting in corporate structuring and internal reorganizations
5.Supporting compliance filings and documentation
6.Coordinating with clients and handling routine communications
7.This role offers hands-on exposure to diverse corporate-commercial matters and an opportunity to work closely with founders and business teams.
