Role:
Law Associate
Qualification:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Candidate must have completed LL.B. and hold valid Bar Council enrolment. Semi-qualified CS will be preferred.
- Exposure to Corporate Laws, FEMA, and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Strong legal drafting skills.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for businesses and individuals.
• Evaluate findings and assist in developing strategies and arguments for cases.
• Legal research, reading of case laws, and assistance in article writing.
• Gather facts and evidence by interacting with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare briefs, argument notes, and case summaries for matters.
