About:
Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) Ltd., is a Joint venture company of Govt. of India and Govt. of Uttar Pradesh is operating the Noida- Greater Noida Metro Corridor.
Role:
Young Professional- Legal
Location:
NMRC HQ, Noida. However, the Corporation reserves the right to post the selected candidate at any of its offices/place of business/branch office/consultancy office across India.
Qualification:
- Essential Qualification: Full time Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute (3 years regular course) OR
- Full time Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute (5 years integrated regular course)
Post qualification work experience in relevant area:
- 4 Years or above post qualification work experience in handling legal cases, legal documentations, drafting of contracts, statutory compliance under various Acts, RTI etc. Preference shall be given to candidates having experience of working in Govt. Sector.
- Note: In Computation of 4 years of post Qualification Experience, Self-practice experience as an advocate will not be considered and only experience with Govt., Govt. Sector Bodies, Law Firms, Professional Firms, LLPs or reputed private sector companies will only be considered.
