About:
iDEX is being funded and managed by ‘Defence Innovation Organization (DIO)’ which has been formed under the aegis of the Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence, Government of India, as a ‘not for profit’ company as per Section 8 of the Companies Act 2013
Role:
Program Executive, PE (Legal)
Qualification:
- LLB with 4 year of post-qualification experience in the relevant field or
- LLM with 2 year of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
Previous Relevant experience required: The candidate must have experience in any of the following fields:-
- Experience as legal adviser/executive etc. for a renowned Company, Government Departments, PSUs etc.
- Experience related to legal documentation, case filing/representation in court of law, Contract management, legal interpretation, arbitration etc.
- Knowledge about various Acts, Rules & Regulations applicable to Start-ups, MSMEs, Govt. Departments, Companies etc.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the iDEX Management in the following iDEX activities:
- Responsible for all legal compliances applicable to DIO.
- Provide legal advice/interpretation/decisions on various legal documents/clauses etc
- Represent DIO in legal matters.
- Any other work as assigned by COO/DIO or any superior authority in DIO.
