Assessment Intern – Corporate Team

Qualification:
- Recent law graduate from a reputed institution.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Demonstrated interest in corporate, regulatory, and compliance laws.
- Ability to analyze statutes, rules, and notifications critically and summarize findings effectively.
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on central and state regulatory frameworks, including but not limited to: SEBI, RBI, MCA, DPIIT, TRAI; Competition law, environmental law, and labor law
- Prepare regulatory research notes, client advisories, and compliance updates on recent legal and regulatory developments.
- Support client teams in compliance audits and regulatory mapping exercises.
- Prepare checklists of legal and regulatory approvals required for setting up factories or manufacturing facilities across various states.
- Conduct research on industrial policy incentives, environmental clearances, and labor law registrations relevant to manufacturing and industrial establishments.
- Assist in drafting preliminary application summaries, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and compliance trackers under: Factories Act; Industrial Disputes Act; Other allied labor and industrial laws
