Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal and case law research and preparing comprehensive reports on assigned issues
- Assisting senior attorneys with court-related documents and attending court proceedings.
- Assisting in drafting legal documents, such as plaints, preparing briefs, and vetting agreements.
