Role:
The organisation is looking for a Paralegal (Legal intern). This shall be a paid internship with extensive exposure to corporate law. The person should be well versed in the drafting of MoUs, Letters, MOA etc.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing Contract Appreciation Documents for Public Bidding Documents
- Preparing replies & doing legal correspondence with various prestigious Govt. and International clients such as the MoRT&H, ADB etc.
- Preparing legal Letters and contract specific Pre-bid queries
- Assisting contracts department in arbitration in large scale govt. infrastructure projects.
- Act as a bridge between the legal (outside counsel), contracts and the Business Development Head.
