Responsibilities:
This is a full-time on-site Legal Intern role located in Kolkata metropolitan area. The Legal Intern will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting and preparation of legal documents, assisting with day-to-day legal issues, and effectively communicating with clients.
- Drafting agreements for corporate clients such as SLA, NDA, MOUs, Term Sheet, Lease, Conveyances
- Preparation of e-assessment of properties against valuation and ascertain stamp duty & registration charges for transactions
- Researching applicable laws and legal precedents in order to provide legal support to senior counsel working on cases
- Act as a POC with authorities or government agencies for business operation purposes
- Work closely with Business Development and Marketing team and support them as per requirements
- Establish channel partnerships with service providers in UAE
