Qualifications:
- Good research and writing skills.
- Any background in tech policy (or public policy in general) would be given preference.
Responsibilities:
- To be able to conduct the following will be an added consideration: –
- Communication skills, or the requisite confidence, to be able to speak to both govt. and industry folks
- Quick turnaround on the documentation and research bit, without affecting the quality of work
- Knowledge and interest in the current policy ecosystem of the country
- Has had previous contribution to any report/brief-making process or articles
- Basics of Economics and Data Analysis (to be able to understand and play with data)
- Has managed any policy events
