Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and at least one year of law school education.
- 0 -2 years experience
- Skills: Microsoft Office, legal writing training, training in science a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
The project this individual will be supporting involves the following: reviewing a range of contracts, including confidentiality agreements, material transfer agreements, investigator-initiated research agreements, collaboration agreements, clinical trial agreements and others in order to support the R&D and Medical Affairs departments.
- Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines of bioMérieux’s Quality System.
- Performs various tasks assign by Supervisor to assist in their projects.
- Complies with legal and company ethics policies.
- Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the legal field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
