Responsibilities:
As an IPR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced attorneys and contribute to a wide range of legal tasks related to intellectual property. You will gain hands-on experience in litigation, research, and strategic planning for clients involved in IPR disputes.
• Assisting in the preparation and filing of legal documents,
• Conducting legal research on IPR issues, case law, statutes, and regulations.
• Attending court hearings and observing litigation proceedings related to intellectual property.
• Assisting in the preparation for client meetings, including creating legal summaries and reports.
• Engaging in intellectual property portfolio management and due diligence.
