About:
Mr. Sachin MathurI offer advice and guidance to clients on legal matters ranging from contract drafting and reviewing to Buisness development and Management. He has extensive experience in representing clients and drafting & redling their tender documents, engagement letters, MOUs, and statements of work for various growing industries such as Renewable Energy, Infrastrure, Mines and Mineral. He also provides legal advice to corporate clients on regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters. He gained experience in drafting petitions, civil suits, and legal opinions for corporate entities. He was also involved in drafting various contracts, including engineering procurement contracts, utilities services agreements, liquefied natural gas agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and franchise agreements. Additionally, he has appeared in court for arguments in landmark rulings and have handled criminal trials for both defense and prosecution.

- Research on given topics.
- Preparation of qualitative and quantitative data for legal cases.
- Article and Blog Writing in stipulated period.
- Preparing day to day listed case summary.
