Area: Climate Change
Mode: In-office
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Duration: 3 months
Qualifications:
- Preferred candidate should be in the final year of law school or pursuing LLM.
- and is available for an office internship.
- Candidates should have knowledge of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Companies Act, Contracts Act, Civil Procedure Code, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Litigation, etc.
- Candidate should have requisite writing, organizational, and research skills.
- Candidate should be fluent in English and should possess good drafting skills.
- Prior relevant experience in environmental law/climate change law is preferred, however, is not mandatory.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on climate law.
- Analyze the impact of climate on Finance
- How climate affects the Credit Rating of a Business.
