Role:
Litigation & Arbitration Intern
Qualification:
The intern, ideally a law student with a solid background in civil law, civil procedure and private international law, and with a very good level of English, will be an integral part of their team and will gradually be involved in working on cases with the lawyers who handle them.
Responsibilities:
The intern will be integrated into the Litigation and Arbitration department and will assist the team’s lawyers in both litigation and arbitration matters. The department’s activities are very diverse:
- Civil and commercial litigation related to business operations (contractual disputes, unfair competition, internal and international distribution, industrial risks, litigation related to mergers and acquisitions);
- International commercial (institutional or ad hoc) or investment arbitration, particularly in the energy, industrial and construction sectors.
