Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 2013 and associated rules.
- Preparing essential documents like Board meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and more.
- Crafting AGM/EGM notices, minutes, and comprehensive Board reports.
- Incorporation of companies.
- Navigating compliances under FEMA laws.
- Drafting detailed commercial agreements.
