Minimum 7 years of experience with a focus on e-commerce laws, regulation and advisory
Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts related to e-commerce operations, including: Vendor agreements, Marketplace agreements, Terms of Service and Terms of Use applicable to e-commerce platforms.Logistics and fulfilment agreements, Software licensing agreements, Marketing and advertising agreements, Services Agreements
- Advisory: Advise business stakeholders on the products and services concerning ecommerce operations in India considering the relevant laws and regulations including but not limited to:Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) policy and the associated requirements for ecommerce and marketplaces.
