Qualifications:
- Experience with project management, organization, prioritization, and multitasking required.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across many geographies.
- Strong team player
- Self-motivated, with the ability to handle multiple work streams and ad-hoc tasks simultaneously.
- Experience compiling information and developing thoughtful material for presentation.
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- Enthusiastic and creative individual committed to delivering results.
- Experienced in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required, Visio a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field
- Minimum 3years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support the business in execution of the company’s operational risk framework, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Enterprise-wide Operational Risk Policy and related guidance.
- Independently manage the ongoing monitoring program, driving process innovation and transformation, including Third-Party Lifecycle Management, Information Security Reviews of Law Firms, Business Continuity Planning, and Process Risk Self-Assessments.
- One of the primary focus will be to become a trusted advisor to General Counsel’s Organization explaining the rationale for policy related activities and the value that it brings for improving the control environment.
- Provide support in various enterprise-wide projects.
- Support risk assessments of business processes using the company’s standard methodologies and mitigate identified control weaknesses through the creation of appropriate action plans.
- Provide creative problem-solving abilities; challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement and enhanced stakeholder experience.
- Maintain business level procedural documents to support the implementation of risk assessment and governance frameworks.
- Must have a risk mindset, with extensive knowledge of operational risk concepts and programs, and the ability to drive assessment of risks and determine effectiveness of controls and testing.
- Communicate effectively at all levels with internal project customers and stakeholders.
