Role:
The firm is hiring a candidate for IP litigation and prosecution with minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
Requirements:
He/she should be able to understand the following:
- IP search and due diligence.
- IP prosecution: ER responses, opposition proceedings, cancellation proceedings.
- IP and media litigation before HC and district court.
- Should be well versed with counterfeit litigation and conducting raids.
- Should be updated with all IP laws and amendments.
