Role:
Assistant Manager Legal
Responsibilities:
- Drafting vetting agreements like software license, reseller agreement, teaming agreement, NDAs etc.
- Timely preparation of all legal and compliance documents
- Obtain all licenses, trademarks, patents, copyrights, Escrow accounts, leave and license agreements
- Implementation of all recommendations mentioned in the internal audit reports
- Address all stakeholder related grievances
- Assist in drafting of legal documents
- Prepare first draft documents for software license agreements, trademarks, patents and copyrights, Escrow, IPR, leave and license agreements etc.
- Coordinate with Legal department of 63 moons for vetting/ drafting of various agreements
- Submit the same to the concerned authorities
- Prepare first draft of all other Non-Disclosure agreements and all litigation documents
- Prepare all communication/ agreements for internal auditor
- Prepare draft of scope document for the internal auditor as per the requirements of Head Legal and Compliance
- Forward for review and authorization
