Role:
Assistant Manager Legal
Qualification:
LLB, Knowledge of Legal Software
Experience:
05 yrs. to 10 yrs.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and handle in-house legal compliance through a portal.
- resolve issues faced by the Users and support in carrying out compliance audits.
- update Compliance Portal with changes / amendments in the regulatory / statutory provisions.
- Training to Compliance Portal Users from time to time.
- Ensure the Compliance Portal is updated by the Users in time
- Report on Compliance Status to HOD
- attend Internal Audit for Compliance related matters and resolve all query within timeline
- do gamba check of compliances updated in Portal/ ensure corrective measure taken, where necessary.
- interaction with other departments for updating Compliances/ guide the Users / counter measures for non-compliance reported in Portal/ follow up etc.
- Support Legal department in vetting of documents / maintaining legal records / other activities of CSL functions; Custodian of Agreements/ Legal Documents; Monitoring and organizing filing system / records of CSL department; support CSL admin work.
