Qualification:
- 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong drafting skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage multiple live transactions. Prior, substantial PE/VC experience – undertaking diligence, review and drafting of transaction documents, and basic negotiation – is a non-negotiable.
