Role:
The firm is hiring an Associate for Corporate and Commercial Litigation.
Description:
Main areas of practice will be in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Companies Act, Commercial Courts Act, Negotiable Instruments Act and Arbitration.
CTC:
2.75 to 3.5 lakhs based on the candidate. Probation period of 3 months.
Responsibilities:
- Would draft notices, suits, plaints, petitions, etc.
- Representation before District Courts, NCLT pan india benches, Arbitration Tribunals, Commercial Courts, etc.
- Assist the senior in evidence and arguements stage
Qualifications:
- 0 – 1 year practicing lawyer with exposure to District/Trial courts at Bangalore
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be able to talk in Kannada (Mandatory)
