Qualifications:
- 2+ years practicing lawyer before Trial courts at Bangalore.
- Having expertise in IBC or Commercial Court Act.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- And candidates who can talk in Kannada are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Corporate and Commercial Litigation: Main areas of practice will be in Commercial Courts Act, Arbitration, Negotiable Instruments Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and Companies Act.
- Should be able to research and draft notices, plaints, petitions independently.
- Coordinate with clients and juniors for filing and ensure litigation management.
- Representation before District Courts, NCLT, Commercial Courts and Arbitration Tribunals.
- Assist the senior during evidence and arguments stage.
