Qualifications:
- A law degree from a leading Indian law school. An LLM from an international law school would be a plus;
- 2-4 years of post-qualification experience;
- Experience of handling small/mid-size transactions and due diligences with limited supervision; and
- Prior work experience with the corporate practice or TMT practice of a leading firm.
Responsibilities:
As a lawyer with the firm, you will act on a wide range of transactions including inbound and outbound M&A transactions. The work profile would also include advising tech businesses and their promoters on fund raising and exit transactions, and regulatory advisory.
