Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for independently appearing and arguing matters in Courts/Tribunals and assist senior colleagues at the firm based on requirements.
- Drafting of Petitions, complaints, counter affidavits, replies, rejoinders, written submissions etc. (Civil, Real Estate, IPR, TMT, White Collar Crimes, Arbitration etc.,) and liaising with different practice teams/clients.
- Well-versed in dealing with original side matters particularly suits and writ petitions etc.
- Disciplined to work around self-imposed deadlines. Well-versed with legal writing and referencing.
