Qualification:
- Legal Professional
- Well-versed in drafting commercial agreements and handling VC transactions
Experience:
- PQE 2 to 3 years
- Experience in handling VC transactions independently
- Work experience in a law firm is mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Structuring transactions
- Drafting and negotiating term sheets
- Drafting and negotiating share subscription agreements, SPAs, Shareholders agreement, Escrow Agreements, ESOP Policies
- Conducting legal and compliance due-diligence for startups
- Closing formalities for transactions
