Chambers of Joshi & Singh is looking for an associate with 0-1 PQE in New Delhi. Applications will be assessed purely on drafting skills, proficiency in English, academic merit and potential.
Note:
Previous experience in litigation/drafting of legal documents is not expected. It may, in certain circumstances, advantage an application but it is appreciated that the opportunity to draft petitions/applications may vary considerably depending on factors such as sparse internship opportunities during the COVID-19 pandemic, the structure of the candidate’s course(s) at college/university etc. Consequently, a lack of experience in litigation/ drafting legal documents will not be assessed negatively.
