About:
As a counsel, Roshan frequently conducts criminal trials representing the accused/defence in varied kind of offences ranging from bodily crimes to white collar crimes like cheating, fraud, corruption, money laundering etc. The chambers is also involved in multiple trademark and patent infringement suits before the Hon`ble Delhi High Court and the Intellectual Property Appellate Board. Roshan has represented NGO’s and individual clients under Article 32 / Article 226 of the Constitution before the Constitutional Courts.Roshan also argues on instructions before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Original and Commercial side of Delhi High Court, Intellectual Property Appellate Board, Company Law Tribunals and other forums. Roshan graduated from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad completing his 5 year B.A. (Hons) LLB program in the year 2011. Subsequently, he pursued a full time degree in MSc Criminal Justice from Oxford University, United Kingdom. Returning to his home country in 2012, Chambers of R Santhalia was setup by Roshan to provide in depth and intensively researched legal advice and representation to its client. Roshan also qualified as an Advocate on Record at the Supreme Court of India in the year 2018.
