Job Description:
- Location: Mumbai
- Qualifications / Batch: 2017/2018/2019
- Experience: 4 Years To 6 Years
Key Requirements:
- Experience in running end to end M&A/PE transactions/deals including working on complex transactional documents etc.
- Complex structuring
- Specializing in strategic M&A / PE/ Gen. Corporate transactional / advisory work.
Key Skills:
- Exhibit strong practice skills including (a) oral and written advocacy; (b) contract drafting; (c) analysing and communicating technical matters.
- Efficiently manage timelines of assignments and are a multi-tasker able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Solution-oriented approach with proven ability to close transactions independently with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal – with a proven ability to communicate to all “clients” (internal and external).
- Good understanding on a wide range of legal subjects, ability to build on this knowledge, spot issues and bring in specialists as needed.
- Drive for technical superiority by staying abreast of developments in Law and be the go-to subject matter expert.
