Associate Director (Paralegal Sales)
Qualifications:
- A degree in law will be preferred
- Any other certifications in finance, business or marketing are an added advantage
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote or flexible environment
- Ability to effectively handle / manage stakeholders both internal and external, be solution oriented and come up with the ideas to accelerate the growth of Paralegal services
- Good knowledge and understanding of relevant tools and technology providers relevant in the LPO sector and devise strategy to engage with them and explore partnership option
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within the legal industry
- Prepare and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Conduct market analysis of para legal service demand to identify new opportunities and keep abreast of industry trends
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships through superior service and communication
- Demonstrable sales experience, with a preference for backgrounds in legal or LPO sectors with focus on service to financial services’ clients
- Deliver presentations to prospective clients for para legal services showcasing our service capabilities
- Understanding of various platforms used by legal departments of financial services firms, law firms, alternative legal service providers, and experience on engaging in platform partnerships
- Handling client negotiations end to end to ensure timely execution and completion
- Work closely with the marketing team to create relevant marketing collaterals and run campaigns
- Mentor teams and build processes to deliver the top-quality support service to the clients
