Qualifications:
- The person should have 1-2 years’ PQE and must have experience in contract review and negotiation.
- Law firm experience is not a must, but will be a plus.
- Working in tech/fintech and handling matters relating to RBI regulations is also a bonus.
Responsibilities:
Duties will include contract review and negotiation, regulation review and advisory, and investor management for allotment of shares, secondaries etc.
