Responsibilities:
- New Project Acquisition: Due diligence and document execution – Term Sheet/MoU and transaction documents, Title Due Diligence.
- RERA registration, and complaints and regulatory issues.
- Documentation (drafting/review) as well as negotiation. Assistance for Project Funding
- Drafting and vetting of Agreement for sale/Sale Deed/Transfer Deed
- Day to day assistance to Businesses and operation team
