Responsibilities:
- Drafting for district courts, DHC, Supreme Court, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, NCDRC, etc. and drafting legal opinions and agreements
- Legal research and preparation of briefs of the matters before hearings
- Regular appearances before courts and tribunals (advocates will be appearing in courts/tribunals on a daily basis)
- Handling evidences and preparation of affidavits by way of evidence
- Handling examination-in-chief and cross-examinations
- Client interface- attend client meetings, coordination with clients and their staff, updating clients, etc.
