Qualifications:
- PQE- 4-5 years at any Litigation Law office in Delhi NCR
- Strong hold over drafting and researching.
- Adept at making arguments before HC, Tribunals and District Courts.
- Well versed with e-filing procedure at HC and NCLT. Past experience in IBC required.
