Responsibilities:
- Drafting for district courts, Delhi High Court, Supreme Court of India, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, NCDRC, etc., and drafting legal opinions and agreements;
- Regular appearances before courts and tribunals (advocates will be appearing in courts/tribunals on a daily basis);
- Client interface – attending client meetings, coordination with clients and their staff, updating clients, etc.
