Qualification:
- Qualified LLB or LLM from a recognised law school in India/abroad.
Experience:
PQE 0-3 years of demonstrated success across M&A, PE, VC transactions with a Tier 1 Law Firm.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating legally binding agreements on behalf of the client
- Conducting due diligence, drafting, negotiating and closing deals.
- Helping start-ups or existing corporations find capital to build or expand the business.
