Qualification:
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Experience in providing legal support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Indian law and legal procedures
- Experience in startup advisory and business compliance is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in law or related field
Responsibilities:
- Providing legal support, conducting research, drafting documents and contracts, and ensuring compliance.
- Assistance in startup advisory and providing legal advice to clients.
