Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline with a min of 1-4 years of prior experience, preferably in Human resources or the legal field.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Great listening and analytical skills.
- Confident to mentor students on zoom.
- People enjoy having a conversation with you, they tend to open up with you. You have an eye to discover good qualities & you help them to represent their most attractive qualities very well in your CV & cover letter.
- You may have worked in a recruitment or HR team focused on sourcing for at least 2 years. Even better if you worked with law firms in HR or recruitment. We can also consider teaching experience.
- People feel encouraged and inspired after talking to you. You find that doing this is uplifting for your own spirits too. You will not get bored of doing this every day for hours & hours.
- – You have good communication skills, especially since you can write briefly & precisely. Perfect English is mandatory for this job.
- You love mentoring people, do not get bored of discussing their career goals, and have patience and empathy to help those who are struggling.
- You have an understanding of what the industry wants from candidates, what to write in a CV, and what not to write.
- You are a curious person, who loves to learn new information and skills, and you will put in the effort to learn deeply about the legal industry so you can help your job seekers better.
- You are resilient, do not give up easily and your enthusiasm is infectious.
- You can work on Saturday & Sunday as those days our learners are more available – but you will get 2 other days of the week off.
Responsibilities:
- You will personally help 100+ students per month – in one-on-one sessions to perfect their CVs and cover letters and guide them on their job hunt strategy.
- You may have to help people with creating freelance job profiles on platforms like Upwork & Fiverr too + assist with fine-tuning LinkedIn profiles as well.
- You will be spending at least 5 hours per day on recorded calls over zoom, and in sessions with different students. The rest of your time may be involved in collaboration with other teams, preparation, and administrative work.
- You would be expected to improve your knowledge and understanding of the legal recruitment industry over time which must reflect in the quality of advice you give to our learners.
