About:
ACCTPRO Advisory Services LLP understand and assess the pain areas more clearly, implement solutions that result in Value addition to our customers by linking all quadrants, Shareholders, Customers, Processes & People. Finance & HR are the links that connects all the 4 quadrants.
Role:
- Drafting and front ending police complaints.
- Assistance with police escalations at ground zero/PS.
- Assistance with drafting notices and responses.
- Tracking litigation matters and notices.
- Coordination with external counsels.
- Maintaining case records and documents pertaining to cases.
- Assistance with invoices of external counsels.
- Leading evidence in courts.
- Research.
- Assistance with leases, renewals, etc.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of substantive and procedural law.
- Knowledge of RBI guidelines and compliance.
- Specific knowledge and experience in handling recovery matters, fraud, cheating, theft and criminal misappropriation matters.
- Specific knowledge and experience in NI-138 matters.
- Knowledge and experience in handling recovery suits and arbitrations.
- Experience in handling bail matters.
Persona:
- Should have 2-5 years of experience in handling civil and criminal matters.
- Should have experience in engaging with police/law enforcement.
- Preferable to have at least one year of law firm or corporate experience.
- Preferable to have experience in handling BFSI/ NBFC matters.
- Fluency in English and local language.
- Ability to handle stressful and volatile situations.
