Associate- Legal
Qualifications:
- Qualified lawyer with a five-years integrated law degree from a reputed university.
- Post qualification experience ranging from 2 to 4 years either working as an inhouse counsel or in a law firm.
- Holds strong drafting, reviewing and negotiation skills.
- Adept at legal research and preparing legal notes for the management.
- Exhibits complete ownership over all assigned tasks and brings them to logical conclusion.
- Effective at coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements including master services agreement, recruitment services agreements, referral agreements,
- Effectively coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for timely completion of the assignments.
- Undertaking legal research on legal and regulatory issues.
- Assist in drafting various policies applicable to the company including policies relating to HR.
- Assist in evaluating new products and services viz-a-viz the extant legal and regulatory framework.
- Support internal teams including finance team, information security team, audit team and due diligence team by providing relevant legal documentation.
- Executing and maintaining a repository of all the documents executed by the company.
- Adopt and implement a system to ensure timely renewal of the agreements.
- Coordinate with external consultants for registration of intellectual property rights, secretarial matters and procuring legal opinions.
