- Fluency in English speaking and drafting skills (mandatory) for the position.
Experience:
1-3 years in Banking and Insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting of Petitions, O.A., Suits, Applications, etc.
- Filing and appearance in DHC, District Courts, and Tribunals.
- Legal research on various issues.
- Manage Client relationships.
