Role: Associate – Litigation
PQE: 2-4 years
Location: Melbourne
Qualifications:
- A strong desire to work on complex, high profile litigation matters
- Excellent written, drafting and verbal communication skills
Areas:
- Large scale cross-border disputes
- International arbitration
- Partnership and joint venture disputes
- Product liability, competition law, contracts, corporate governance and banking disputes
- ACCC, ASIC, and other regulatory investigations
Responsibilities:
- a strong desire to work on complex, high profile litigation matters (including international #arbitration), and excellent written, drafting and verbal communication skills.
