The Founder Partner, Mr. Atul Mandhar has more than 30 years of professional experience and has been practicing as an Income Tax Lawyer and Advisor since 1989. His Tax and Audit Firm are nationally-renowned for their efficiency and deep-rooted knowledge. He was a member of the Regional Direct Taxes Advisory Committee constituted by the Income Tax Department (North West region) during the years 2006-07 and 2007-08. He was also a member of the Standing Committee on T.D.S. in the year 2012-13. Mr. Mandhar is on the Board of several public companies and has been appointed as the Chairman of various Committees.
The Managing Partner, Ekakshra Mandhar is a Dual Licensed Attorney (State of New York, United States & India) and specializes primarily in resolving civil and commercial disputes. She has advised domestic and international companies, individuals and industrial professionals on complicated issues of law including restructuring and insolvency. She handles matters pertaining to tender contracts, civil disputes, estate planning, writ petitions and debt recovery and was recently appointed as an Amicus by the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana High Court in an admitted matter. She has also received training as a Mediator by the Centre for Alternatives in Community Justice, Pennsylvania.
