Qualifications:
- LLB graduate
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate agreements
- Title/property due diligence
- Coordinate for registration of property documents
- Advising clients about RERA compliances and deal structuring
Responsibilities:
- Should possess a solid foundation in due diligence of the lands and projects developed or to be developed in all over Maharashtra in order to investigate the Mortgagor’s title on property (i.e., lands belonging to SRA, MHADA MIDC, CIDCO, MMRDA), nature of the property, encumbrance and relevant laws as applicable in respect of mortgage of the property.
- Co-ordination with clients i.e., Banks, NBFCs and borrowers/security providers while conducting land due diligence.
- Solely responsible for scrutinizing documents and providing quotes to the prospective clients for conducting land due diligence.
- Independently examining documents for conducting land due diligence.
- Review of Title Search Reports of different lawyers and provide opinion to the clients i.e., Banks and NBFCs on the issues relating to the title of Mortgagor in the land/projects in order to make them enable to take a call on funding to the borrower.
- Vetting of documents taken for creation of mortgage by the lenders.
Conduct online litigations searches before various courts and RERA portal. - Preparing No Dues Certificate.
- Drafting of Sale Agreements.
- Vetting of loan documentations and issue Vetting Certificates.
- Conduct Legal Audits for the Banks and Security Trustee for their accounts.
- Business Development for the organization and adding new clients.
- Effectively managing existing client relation.
