- LL.B.
Experience:
- PQE- 5+ years
- Experience in handling drafting, due-diligence, and negotiations for M&A and private equity work
- Law firm work experience
Responsibilities:
- Handling due diligence, drafting, negotiations and closings for M&A, Private Equity, Joint Venture, Business Transfers, etc.
- Advising clients on general corporate matters.
