About:
SRLP works with individuals, start-ups, small to large size businesses and investors (angel investors, venture capital and private equity investors). They engage with clients to provide advice on general corporate and commercial laws, contracts, transactions and investments. They also advise on regulatory issues, foreign exchange laws, employment laws and documentation. They represent founders and top level management personnel in VC/ PE funding rounds and acquisitions, or generally vis-à-vis the business, company or investor. Other clients include businesses in software products and services, logistics, trading, edtech, retail tech, fashion tech.

Qualifications:
- Candidates must hold a degree in law and be licensed to practice within India
- 2 to 4 years of work experience at a legal practice or in house legal
- Exposure to contracts, diligence, and legal advisory work
- Good understanding of new-age technology, technology in general and how it interacts with the law
- Exposure to managing and directly interacting with clients
