Qualifications:
TMT is looking for a highly –driven and motivated candidate who will thrive in a fast-paced and exciting team. The successful candidate will have:
- Relevant legal qualifications and experience, ideally with media and entertainment law internships and/or work experience
- Excellent academic achievement and understanding of the law, including a strong grounding in and knowledge of contract and intellectual property law
- String drafting skills and first-rate attention to detail
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to work in pressured conditions and manage numerous projects, simultaneously
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, vetting and assisting in negotiations of commercial contracts pertaining to the media and entertainment space
- Drafting artist agreements, productions, music licensing, synchronization
