Qualification:
CA/Law Degree from a reputed institute
Experience:
PQE 1-2 years in Direct Tax Litigation and Advisory
Responsibilities:
- Handling income tax litigation across forums
- Drafting of submissions before assessing officer and appellate authorities
- Drafting of petitions before the High Court
- Assisting the senior counsels in hearings
- Conducting researching and analysis of cases
