Qualification:
- Legal Professional
- Consistent, hard-working, and capable of quality work, with an efficient and focused performance ethic
- Candidates from reputed colleges with good drafting skills and appearances across different judicial reforms will be given preference
Experience:
- PQE 3-4 years
- Experienced in civil litigation, including drafting of suits, writs, petitions, appeals, notices, plants, written statements, etc.
Responsibilities:
The role involves contract management, addressing queries related to food and legal metrology laws, ensuring regulatory compliances and overseeing litigation. Experience in the FMCG/retail sector is preferred.
