Responsibilities:
- Responsible for negotiating, vetting, reviewing and drafting of commercial and out-licensing contracts Distribution Agreement, Product Registration Agreement, Supply Agreement, License Agreement, Master Service Agreement, Cell Line license agreement, MoU, Term Sheet, Consultancy Agreement, Quality Agreement, etc.
- Proactively involved in negotiation and closing the open items.
- Advising the business team/stakeholders on various issues in deal making.
- Responsible for driving various legal projects on need basis.
- Ensure appropriate and relevant legal training to colleague/stakeholders and capable to work as a team.
